LDAPS not load distributing load to all pool member

I have a simple LDAP virtual with four members in the pool, its simply not distributing load among all pool members. I've tried all the different persistence profiles on the virtual as well as load balancing algorithms.

It just sticks to the first ordinal pool member in the list and this is for traffic coming from multiple source IP addresses.

I'm running BIG IP 12, any idea what could cause this?

  • Is there any persistence type applied? Are the source IP being natted? Can you check on show sys connection | grep <>.

    Thanks

No.. I mean to understand if the source IP hitting LTM are natted. If there is source address persistence applied and source IP are being natted, LTM will see as request coming from single source and persist all connection to one node.
