LB'ing FTP

we currently have 2 pools and two vips that were designed to take ftp traffic 20/21.     From what I understand about the issue from the users is that they can connect, but are unable to perform...

If you use the ftp profile on the port 21 vip and delete the port 20 vip it should work. The ftp profile is designed to allow the data port on 20. Having the port 20 vip configured probably overrides the profile and breaks it.
