launch a web app

I want to set up application to a web app that calls the address in the following format:

 

 

\\123.12.1.123\name1\name2\xrunapp.exe http://name3/name4/name5/login.xml

 

 

what would be the best way to set this up?

 

 

Ideally im trying to set it up in application access but i cant get it to launch properly.

 

 

If i try it in web application tunnels it automatically adds a "http" prefix to the above link which it obviously doesnt like!
