Aug 21, 2009You have to use true LACP mode on the Cisco side, not Etherchannel (Cisco-proprietary). I think that the channel-group command uses Etherchannel by default unless you specify LACP (I'm not familiar with the exact syntax).
Also the trunk interface on the F5 needs to be in tagged mode on each VLAN to support the multiple VLANs (some people get confused because what F5 calls a trunk is not what Cisco calls a trunk).
