JD Edwards logged out and timed out

Hi Everyone,

 

Have you encountered this issue where:

 

A user log in to F5 Virtual Server portal hosting JDE servers. They can access the page, they can go to transaction page. But after some idle time (probably only 5 minutes) they will be forced to logged out on the page.

 

The current TCP setting idle timeout on the virtual server is set to 1800 seconds or 30 minutes. And on the server itself is 20minutes.

 

Accessing directly the servers doesn't encounter the issue.

 

Is there anything else we can adjust with F5?

    Have you checked the server TCP profile? Remember both the client and server side connections have different TCP profiles potentially.
