I guess the issue can be the reverse proxy ;-) are you sure the reverse proxy is not configured to remove existing XFF header?

Hi, Best friend is Wireshark/tcpdump. Capture client traffic on DMZ LTM and then between DMZ and DC LTMs and you will see what's going on. Piotr
