I have a setup as below:
GTM wideip
- Pool 1
- Pool 1 has two members which are VIPs on different LTMs.
On wideip pool LB mode is RR and within the pool LB mode is RR.

Cirrus- How DNS is resolved. PC -> LDNS -> GTM or PC -> GTM
- I would check settings for TTL too.
- What is the status for member1 are they up.
