MVPprobably you need to edit the vm via gui or the ovf file to change the virtual adapter type to vmxnet3

btw, i see you run it in windows host.
if you have windows pro, not home edition, you can enable hyper-v hypervisor.
it is a type1 hypervisor, similar to vmware esx, so it's much faster and better than type2 like vmware player/workstation.
