NimbostratusIssue - Citrix client bundle configuration APM
Hi,
I have published Citrix XenApp via F5 and everything works fine except the below issue, Uploaded the citrix client bundle to F5. However when I try to connect to F5 from a computer without Citrix client, the authentication was successful, can see the webtop and list of Citrix apps, when I try to launch an app, it detects that citrix client is not installed and redirects to the below url, and It fails with page can't be displayed.
https://example.com/public/citrix/CitrixReceiver.exe
What could be the possible issue? Is there any additional configurations required apart from uploading the client package and update the connectivity profile?

Can you post a screenshot of your Citrix client bundle configuration screen? And also let us know which version you are using?

Thanks for your response, I actually replaced the original domain name with example.com to post it in the forum. https://example.com/public/citrix/CitrixReceiver.exe 11.4.0 is the software version. I verified that the Citrixreceiver.exe is in the F5 sandbox folder. When the client tries to connect to https://example.com/public/citrix/CitrixReceiver.exe, it opens up a new IE window and just stops there,
As workaround for now, I have added another HTTP VS with the citrix webtier servers as nodes and associated an iRule to reject everything except the URI /public/citrix/CitrixReceiver.exe for added security. Yet to find a permanent fix.
