Is there an iControl 9.x emulators?

Just thinking out of the box here, but what if there was a DevCentral-based iControl validator, where you could either run your code against remotely, or upload your code into a web-based shell and test "locally"? At least then an emulation of any kind could be completely controlled within the walls of F5, or wouldn't require emulation at all (though dedicating hardware to the effort would be costly)
