is it possible to upgrade Tenants without Pushing Tenant Image from F5OS

is it possible to upgrade Tenants without Pushing Tenant Image from F5OS ? My understanding when a new tenant will be deployed it will come with the image provided from F5OS for new  Tenant  ? Also...

After you deploy a tenant you can upgrade it exactly as you would for any other BIG-IP. So you upload iso directly to the tenant.
