is it possible to deploy a Tenant using "resource-admin" user ?

As per my uderstanding You must use the admin user (appliance-level admin role) to deploy a new tenant on rSeries. A resource-admin cannot perform tenant deployment; they can only operate/manage tenants that have already been provisioned and explicitly assigned to them.
