IS F5 load balancer 10.2.3 or 11.4.1 and 11.5.1 are vulnerable to PHP-CGI argument injection (CVE-2012-1823) or the PHP-CGI improper handling of query strings (CVE-2012-2311) vulnerabilities.

according to SOL13518, none of the F5 versions are vulnerable to these.
