Is AVR module update data in realtime?

in 11.2.1 , I've provisioning AVR module for see analytic detail

 

question is

 

1. Is AVR module update data in realtime?

 

2. how can i find data (example. SSL transaction) when it peak ?

 

 

in performance graph it update every 10 sec , right? so how to tell what's real peak number.
