    Not much information to go by but if I interpret your question literally this could be something:

     

    If you're hosting the server that has the "HTTPS page" you could create a virtual server, with a HTTP profile that listens to port 80 and add a server SSL profile.

     

    Then the load balancer would communicate with pool members over HTTPS and the clients with HTTP.
