Can anyone check whether below statement is correct for given irule?
Below Irule indicate the uri part would be lower case and as per 1st condition if it is
empty "" then no URI insert. 2nd conditio...

"" will never occurs. when requesting https://cache-monitor-AMG.com, the URI is /
when checking URI / and "", no need to convert URI to lower case as [string tolower /] is /
if requested URL is https://cache-monitor-AMG.com, do not redirect to "https://cache-monitor-AMG.com/home" but "/home". The browser will open URL on the same site with provided URI.
