You can create another "Server" object with IP: 10.100.1.100 and use that within the GTM. However, why would you want to provide the pool member within a VS in an LTM and not the VIP associated with that VS ? May be you can approach it as an iRule on the VS to select the right pool member instead of iRule @ GTM.

Irule to modify the DNS response IP address (GTM) to pool member instead of VIP.

Client -----> GTM : test01.gslb.domaina.com -----> LTM :VIP : 172.16.20.1 (member : 10.100.1.100)

Normal situation : Client gets : 172.16.20.1

Need example irule to modify

Client will get : 10.100.1.100
