Irule to disable VIP

i want the sattus fo VIP to be down based on Other VIps , is there an Irule command to bring VS down ?   as i have RHi on VIP want adevrtisement to stop in certian cases

The issue is that the Other VS is UDP VS &Ping always works even if VS is down
