Irule Response time

Need urgent help,     I have the LC with 10.2version,I need to implement Response time health check,and according to it commit NAT,is it possible to do by some Irule?

Can you clarify what problem you're seeing and what you'd like to implement to solve it? Do you want to mark a link down if a health monitor fails? What do you want to do with NAT?
