Irule responce in case of SNAT

Would there be any impact on DNS Virtual Server response in case of Simple SNAT irule. e.g

    when CLIENT_ACCEPTED {
             if { [IP::addr [IP::client_addr] equals 10.x.x.0%1/24] }{
            snat automap
      } 
    }
