Hi Vishal,

Here are two possibly related issues for this. You might try opening a case with F5 Support to get further help on this.

SOL16588 - The nexthop iRule command may not work as expected

sol14196: The BIG-IP system may not apply the nexthop iRule command when the command is used in an iRule with other Layer 3 iRule commands
