iRule like conditions for Stream Profiles?

Hi all,

For one of our customer we loadbalance multiple AV-Scanners behind F5 (Version 13.1.0.x).

Communication towards AV-Scanners is ICAP. On the F5 LTM a simple VIP with port TCP/1344 is configured.

For a certain application we required to replace some patterns in the TCP data.

The question now, is it possible somehow to use "iRule-like" conditions for TCP Stream profiles, to replace stream patterns only under certain conditions?
