I am looking to see if there is a way to select different Radius profiles in an iRule based on the URL I want to access.

NacreousHi. I don't think you can modify the profile itself in iRules, however I think you can perform the profile functions in an iRule. Take alook at this https://devcentral.f5.com/articles/offload-authentication-with-irules.Uzzo3Eq4aM8.
I'm busy right now, but would be happy to suggest a way to adapt Colins rules later for your purposes if you like.
