irule fails to fire on redirects

We are trying to catch the redirects in the irule. It seems to work fine the first time, but if we try to click in quick succession, it doesn't seem to capture it.

 

 

We have tried with both oneConnect enabled and disabled. Disabling it makes the problem occur less frequently, but it still occurs.

 

 

Any clues on how to fix this?

 

 

We are using Big IP 9.4.4.

 

 

This is hampering our production release, so I would really appreaciate any help on this.
