irule explaination

Can anyone explain below irule code   when HTTP_REQUEST { HTTP::header insert AMG_HTTPS_STATE "off" }

Hi KT,

this iRule will simply add an additional HTTP header to each HTTP request with the name 

AMG_HTTPS_STATE
and value 
off
.
