Can anyone explain below irule code
when HTTP_REQUEST {
HTTP::header insert AMG_HTTPS_STATE "off"
}

NimbostratusThis will insert a header named AMG_HTTPS_STATE with value "off" to the clients's http request going to server through the BIG-IP.
 
"Inserts the named HTTP header(s) and value(s) onto the end of the HTTP request or response."
