- JRahmAdminIt's on the iRule Editor page in the far right column labeled Source Distribution. Here's the link:
- lipos_54863NimbostratusSo do we have iRule editor running under linux now?
- Not that I'm aware of. As of now the only development I'm working on is for the windows platform.
- L4L7_53191NimbostratusAn early version is done - I'm just cleaning a few things up and doing some basic testing before I post it.
- L4L7_53191NimbostratusHi everyone, the vim-iruler for *nix is done and ready for beta. Please see the iRule editor forum for the announcement.
- Jie_43577NimbostratusI installed the linux vim version. When I ran ":Co ip_address", it hang and eventually displayed this error:
- L4L7_53191NimbostratusThat looks like an issue with the actual iControl object setup - that error is thrown when get_objects tries to connect to the BigIP and return some iControl objects to use. Have you confirmed this system can resolve DNS correctly? Also, be sure and pass it without any quotes (not sure if you are or not):
:Co 192.168.1.245
- Jie_43577Nimbostratus1. No name resolution issue;
- L4L7_53191NimbostratusCan you connect successfully via a python command line? Have you confirmed the version of python your vim is compiled with is the same as your host system?
