Irule directing session to a server not a pool

I need a irule that checks for a string in the header and then direct the session to a particular server and port not to a pool.

You can still create a pool containing a single IP:port and then use an HTTP class or an iRule which checks the header value in order to select the pools. You can check the pool wiki page (Click here) for examples.
