Irule based on DNS query

Is it possible to make an irule decision based on whether you can do a reverse DNS lookup on the source ip address? Will this be possible when GTM gets added as a module to LTM? The use case for this would be email black listing. The only other way I can think of doing this is by using classes, but the class could end up having several million entries.
