iRule assistance for APM

I have an issue using APM and has 10 sites with one virtual IP. We got the APM working great. Now I want to add two sites to the same Virtual IP but these new sites do not require authentication. ...

In the APM's VPE you should be able to do a host check pre-authentiacation and split off to a pass-through branch for the given hosts. I don't believe you'll need an iRule for this at all.
