irule apply to virtual server

hi friends, i do apologize to ask maybe an easy question?

 

but i saw adding irules when i create virtual server but i can not, apply it later on to virtual server, is there a way to do?

 

cause i see no option when i click the virtual server, but it was there while i was creating it.
