IQ DCD Error to Remove it

I'm trying to remove a DCD Device, without success. I tried

 mv -b /config/f5-rest-device-id /config/old.f5-rest-device-id

 

Without success.

Follow the error.

 

 

Anyone have any idea how to fix it?
