Thanks for help. Following are the answers:

 

 

You have enabled IPv6 on the LTM, but are using L2 bridging mode? So the BIG-IP is supposed to be transparent for IPv6 - no L3 hop, straight through - correct?

 

Yes correct.

 

 

The BIG-IP is on a DMZ - protected by the FW - correct?

 

Yes.

 

 

The inside-facing FW interface is the default gateway for the server - because the BIG-IP is supposed to be transparent for IPv6 - also correct?

 

Yes

 

 

The server is UNIX-based?

 

Yes

 

 

After doing a lot of debugging, the problem is on the BIG-IP not forwarding L2 with IPv6 inside.
