IP Intelligence status not available

IP Intelligence status via Gui showing N/A. Ran tmsh show sys iprep-status from command line and nothing returned. On 13.1.0.x. Any suggestions?

    I had similar issue in my lab after proper licensing had been done. After restarting the iprep daemon didn't work I just rebooted the VM and things worked properly. I don't know for a fact that a reboot is required but I'm just sharing my similar experience.
