IP Intelligence and Silverline WAF?

Right now we have a locally host F5 LTM VE which is also running IP Intelligence to help block known bad connections. We do not run the full ASM platform I installed IP Intel via the TMOS. Within the next month we will be purchasing the Silverline WAF (cloud hosted with F5). During this same time period my IP Intelligence service is coming up renewal.

 

Is it necessary or even beneificial to keep the IP Intelligence service on my local LTM or is that pretty much a part of the Silverline package?

    Threat Intelligence is available only as an add-on managed service to either F5 Silverline DDoS Protection or Web Application Firewall. All services are managed from the F5 Security Operations Center.
