IP and Floating IP in differnet Partitions

I am just reviewing a configuration and I have noticed that the selfIPs are in a different partition to the floating IPs. The configuration seems to work, but I was just wondering if there is any good reason to do this.

The traffic-group-local-only address are in a different partition to the traffic-group-1 IP address ??

Shall I move the floating address into the same partition as the device IPs

  • i understand administrative partition is used to manage how other user accesses configuration object. so, it is okay that non-floating selfip is in one partition but floating selfip is in another one.
