Invalid action EV_INGRESS_DATA

Fixing invalid HTTP in an iRule would probably require collecting the TCP payload and modifying it before it's parsed as HTTP by LTM. In order to do this you'd have to have a very clear idea of what's wrong, when the issue occurs and how you want to try to modify the data to work around the issue. It could potentially be done, but it might be easier to fix the issue at the source of the problem. I would imagine the first step to identifying the problem will be to capture a binary formatted tcpdump of the issue.
