Internal Server Error 500 ????
I have a version 4.2 BIG-IP that I consistantly am receiving Internal Server Error 500 when ever I attempt any iControl calls to the device. I've attempted to restart the portal with bigstart restart portal to no avail. There is nothing in the logfiles and the box has been up for only 7 days and is running at 85+% idle. I've checke the user id's to make sure I am using a full control user short of rebooting the box any suggestions where to look next?

- Any idea what calls are causing the 500 error? If this persists, you'll need to contact F5 Product Technical Support as it sounds like you have been doing all the tricks that I would recommend from here. We can tell you if the iControl methods you are calling look OK, but as far a diagnosing system errors, you're going to have to go with our Product Support team.
