May 26, 2010internal and external on the same network
Hello
how can i do then the sample configuration. Needs to have external and internal with the same network
external
| 192.168.100.30 virtual server
192.168.100.33 self ip
--------1.3------------------
| BIG IP | ( 1.3 and 1.2 is interface)
|-------1.2------------------
| internal vlan self ip 192.168.100.44
|--------------------|
| switch |
---------------------
| |
node 1 node 2
192.168.100.60 192.168.100.62
It seem that i do not need to create ip address for internal and vlan address. Other ideas.
Thanks

you would create a vlan group, placing both internal and external vlans in it. Then assign a single self IP to the vlan group. - JRahm

DEFINITELY SAFER than a vlan group, but sometimes it's a requirement - The_Bhattman
