Interface query interval

I keep getting SNMP traps from my f5s saying that they are seeing interfaces go down. I am 99% sure that these interfaces aren't going down. These are the self IPs of my external interfaces. I have seen congestion in my DMZ that will sometimes lead to false reporting. I have fixed it with other tools by increasing the notification or polling internal. Is there something that I can do with that here? Thanks.
