CirrusIntegrate Microsoft DNS with GTM DNS Express
How Can I configure Microsoft DNS to allow automatic updates to GTM DNS Express ?
I have configured DNS server for zone transfer to gtm dns express. However, when I add new records to this zone, it doesn't reflect into GTM DNS Express.

You should make sure that your Microsoft DNS server will send NOTIFY messages to DNS Express. Once that occurs and the DNS Express is configured properly it will initiate a Zone Transfer from your Microsoft DNS server on update.
