Does it matter in which order the hotfixes have been installed?
Is that an issue when you have master with slaves?
Could this cause some trouble, like not replicating admin passwor...
Yes, you should install them in order.
I suppose that it could affect sync functionality if both boxes were hotfixed in a different sequence.
I believe that all hotfixes are supposed to include rollups of previous sets, so you should just be able to install the latest one.
