Install new browser components

Hello,

 

 

we've distributed the Components Installer MSI to our Windows XP clients and we've checked that the MSI has been succesfully installed on the clients. However, when the clients go to Firepass, when logging in to our Terminal Servers they still receive the screen with the link "Install new browser components" Without clicking install, our clients can't login to our Terminal Servers. However, our clients don't have the privilege to install software so they're stuck.

 

 

Can anyone help us on this one?
