Inspecting java rdp traffic
Hi, I have a dilemma with balancing RDP access for my support teams and Dataloss prevention. While most of our IT staff use Windows for remote access via our RDP services and I can prevent clipboard redirection for these users I also would like to provide RDP access to my MAC users also. Unfortunately the java RDP client doesn't allow you to disable clipboard. My question is, can I use the power of iRules to inspect and disable clipboard redirection by inspecting the content and dropping / any clipboard transferring.
I've asked my local f5 team and they have no suggestions thus far and an update to the javaRDP to support this isn't in any pending release I've seen so thought I'd reach out to the DevCentral community for some suggestions. Thanks in advance.

Open an application tunnel, limit to RDP, launch Mac RDP compatible client.

Thanks Mike, Had thought of this but unfortunately you still cannot (or I haven't found the way) disable the clipboard redirection using this method. Keep the ideas coming. Cheers - Mike_61719

You add the policy on the local server or machine the user is logging into. It's a GPO local machine policy.
