importing customized apm profile in 12.1 from 11.4

hi, I am getting an error when importing a customized apm profile. The source is 11.4. the destination is 12.1.1 the error message is : Import Error: This config file version 11.4 is not compatible with current import utility version 12.1

 

any idea how to get around this ?

    Solved! Here the process you should follow for this case: 1- export the APM configuration under 11.4 version. 2- Import this configuration to a virtual instance under version 11.4. 3- Upgrade the virtual instance to 12.1.x 4- export the APM configuration from this virtual instance 5- import the APM configuration to your bigip under version 12.1.x

     

    Done.
