Hi,
It's a very easy process. Did you try to find any information on ask.f5.com?
To do this you just need to download the image and then in the web-gui of your big-ip go to System->Software Management and press import to add new image to your Image List.

After installing the 11.4.1 image following message has appeared in LTM (Viprion) -:
Jan 15 12:57:58 localhost emerg mcpd[4839]: 0107070e:0: Software version not covered by service agreement. Reactivate license before continuing. Jan 15 12:57:58 localhost emerg mcpd[4839]: 01070608:0: License is not operational (expired or digital signature does not match contents).
Can you tell me the remedy for this msg.

During the upgrade process the release date of the software being installed is compared to a date stored in the device license (the license check date), with the requirement that the release date be before the license check date. Once you've renewed the license, try the upgrade again.

Ok, than I guess you need just to re-issue a license.
To perform this go to https://activate.f5.com/license/dossier.jsp, paste your dossier and retrieve the license.
Or you can try to do automatically in case your Viprion has an Internet access (System -> License -> Reactivate).
