sorry for the late response, i have setup the Debug option but not able to browse to VAR/Log folder. can you please guide me how can i do that

MVPYou didn't give the issue you are facing, maybe you didn't use a root account to access the CLI. SSH to F5 and log on with the root account, then browse to /var/log.
