image caching without WA

Question: Does the LTM do any image caching or any type of caching if you do not have the WA module?

 

 

If so can I disable or modify the behavior or is this only available with the WA module?

    You can also license the Ramcache module which is just a simple cache that is set up as part of an http profile (the options won't show up unless it's licensed). It doesn't have the intelligence of WA but can do basic caching.
