Don't know if you are familiar with the iControl API, but you should start there and the .NET iControl DLL

Alright, I was wrong. There is System::ConfigSync::download_configuration which looks like you can download the configuration files. Though doesn't look like you can create a ucs file, you can tell it what files to download and pull them.
