iFiles and Config Sync

Running 11.4.1 with a sync-failover group. If files are uploaded to a standby unit, will they be synced over during cfg-sync to the other group member?

Files are being uploaded and added to the following locations on the standby:

System ›› File Management : iFile List Local Traffic ›› iRules : iFile List
